I drank a lot of Tecate in MX on our last trip and for the first time, i didnt come back really sick of it. So now I have been buying it to drink at home.

Pour in 2 very light Mexican lagers like Corona or Tecate
Squeeze the juice of 1-2 persian limes
Add a shot of blanco tequilla if you're feeling like turning it up a bit.
So cold and refreshing and the Taijin just sorta mixes in and adds a layer of flavor.
Anderson Valley has such good beers. Hop Ottin was my standard North Coast apres abalone diving beer for a long time.Quote:
