Still plenty of places to avoid the crowds on the north side.
All of the traffic and various bitching about Tahoe jumping the shark... so much of that hassle is easy to predict and avoid. Wake up a little earlier, etc. I don’t know, I’m stoked for winter and still like it around here.

And "what about over there?" doesn't make your sled magically clean. Own your shit. I drive to the trailhead and it puts carbon in the atmosphere. You can admit the same about your sled. Not huge in the big picture, but be honest.
