competing in a big mountain contest and hucking to hardpack is an act of desperation for a little attention.....no thanks.Quote:

i gotta go now but does anyone know of a good host site for short vids?
today was some of the most impressive skiing ive seen in a while. Some french dude threw quite possible the biggest backflip ive seen on north baldy off of burks bush. insano... cant really describe it, you've got to see it on video...
gadiet's little brother ( i think) gets props for the sketchiest high speed air in the amplitheater on lookers left.. another one to watch on video... crashed super hard but skied the snot out of the line... launched a 25 foot cliff with the attempted tranny about 85-100 feet down hill at 20+ mph. way impressive.
and although Cody Banrhill didnt compete today, he crushed silver fox. three 360's, all were super stylie, one with speed off a 25 footer. judges didnt like it, although the whole crowd was going nuts...
cant wait for the highlight vid....
... I wondered who that was; SICKly smaooooth!!!Quote:

hell yeah- Huere pulled off second place! That's amazing...
Can't wait to see more footie...
yeah no kidding, the shit today was mind-blowing, ripping that hard in those conditions, insane. some good hucks for sure, and that backflip the guy threw was one of the most incredible things I've ever seen in person.
Holy chit!!!
Ya Ben Wheeler!!!
Hugh congrats to one of my best on-hill buds!!!
Also, congrats to Brant for snagging 4th.
Can't wait to see the vid.
^ Bump ^
It was asinine ... utterly ballistic, dudes. :yourock:
So who takes that loooooooong ride at the end of the biglines vid?
Sounds like a great day. I heard the captain only went down because he clicked out of some din 14 binders on the touchdown. Hope to see this guy rocking the Bros on the rest of the tour. Glad to see Brant working his way back up.
i looked back at the vid and it looks like he had a nasty tranny that tore his ass up. the binders didn't help but weren't the only issue. solly 914's for anyone that wants to know. shoulda had some looks.
splat, i'm gonna pm that # for the vid.
GetrDone! Gotta also give the shout out to Wheeler and Loeffler for representing the 'Bird! Fuck yeah- bummed I couldn't see it. So stoked for them right now. Not only great skiers but good people.
Lots of sick pics of the last day here:

Biglines Day 3 write up and vid
I can't believe how lax these dudes look while while maching through exposed stuff on hardpack. That backflip caused me to spit coffee.
(tech talk) - anyone know what the green skis are that a few people were riding?
My uninformed unedumucated guesstimate is the new B4'sQuote:
