Yeah that railing is fucked, has been since I moved into this house in 1996. The concrete steps under it are even worse :) We don't use the front door so can't convince ourselves it's worth what it'll cost to replace the whole thing.

a blue tarp would cover that up nicely… 4 mil should do the trick.
