I've never seen Trigger give 1% of a shit about the cold. Pretty short fur and he doesn't have any at all between his thighs. He'll trench through deep snow as long as you'll let him. His coat seems to repel snow, too. Never balls up ever.Quote:

Maybe, he's pretty lean though.
I had both my boys out this morning in 0f. They were fine running 2-3 miles.
They typically start to do the three legged dance around-5f.
The older one (13.5)sometimes just stops and lets me know he wants to go home. But he also does that when it's warm.
