You find a resort with an adaptive program (Like alpine meadows) and sign up at the adaptive office. At least at AM there is no shortage of volunteers, so there might not be a position, or you might only get an occassional shift (my kid got one in a season). Sometimes they can use old skis to make sit skis and outriggers. The volunteer position is as a helper, helping the instructor get someone on a lift for example. The instructors obviously have a lot of training. I don't know if they're paid.Quote:
