Didn't mean to bag on ya. Just found it amusing. I study language processing and am fascinated by the kind of tricks our brain can play on us during language production. We all make these kinds of errors and there are tons of examples on this board. That malaproprism was particularly interesting due to how the substituted word altered the meaning, especially since you were trying to make the point about the drug "knocking" you out! It clearly prevented you from functioning at full capacity and caused the error. Hope you're feeling better today! :smile:
