The wopper both sucks completely and is awesome at the same time. While I like good toms, I'll always go no toms, no ketchup if i'm getting a whopper. I used to get to a BK really once every 5 years while shamelessly going to the clown at least once per week. they both suck. I did, however, make it a point to get a whopper twice in May. Sucks but kills the 1/4 pounder.

Boil your brats in 50beer/50water mix until htey are done,*then just sear it on a grill. your guests will thank you. My guests thanked me when I fucked it up, but I have seen the light, they were just being nice.
*About 20 minutes TOTAL: bring to a full roiling boil, reduce to 'hot simmer' for the remaider. you should still see bubbles frequently, but no by an measure a big boil. Do that, then grill/sear/whatever
