I've been on some version of the renegade since the first year of production- while I would say the current shape of the 191 is super dialed, the construction is getting worse and worse. I broke a pair in half right in front of the binding about 10 days in, to 4frnts credit they sent me a new single super quick for 150 bucks. The pair that didn't break has a pretty massive delam going on the tip after about 20 days. I get it that hoji wants a lighter ski for touring, but this thing just isn't built the way it used to be. Tip profile is too thin, thing looks like it would fall apart just looking at it. I'll keep riding them because it's still awesome, but just isn't the build quality it used to be. Such a shame skiing has gone in this super light equipment direction...
