I'm just not feeling it this year.
Maybe I need a new outfit. Looked at the new '23-24 Bogner catalog, but its the same shit they had last year. So that's not gonna do it.
Ideas?

Yeah, same here. I don’t have an outfit yet. I am eyeballing same stuff but haven’t decided.
Check out Moncler.com shiny puffer jackets are back. Remember the ones which look like shiny bin liners.
So hot and just 2,5K
Obviously this. On top of the amazing good looks: it's gender neutral as far as you know and it's the color of your third favorite New York NFL team. And it's only $8,600. Winning.

fact.
Late to this thread this year, but it's just pouring in Seattle. Hasn't felt like winter yet, but it's long past summer now.
Gotta say that this looks pretty good:

Compressor on my 09 Forester crapped out last month. Still works OK when temps are below about 85. It's turned enough here that I decided to wait until Spring to fix it. I did get the front steering and suspension sorted out though. Ready to hit the mountains. Bring on the cold snap.
Saw snow falling last Sunday. Does that count? No? Damn!
I 'd like to re-christen The Turn to be The Pimp Season: low 60s at 9k', 90 down here in the valley by Thursday. Oh, it's turning all right .... around, and around .........
Best time of year in San Diego. Lows 60s in the morning and mid 70s during the day. Surf picking up and snow around the corner at Mammoth Lakes.
Swamp maples as usual
More like swamp nipples

Fucking too hot and humid for me and I’m in the north. How do people survive in Florida?
(like) cockroaches
After ~3 weeks of blistering highs averaging in the 95-102F range and now multiple Front Range wildfires, I took my kiddo to ride bikes on some singletrack in Conifer last night as a slow moving, big thunderstorm rolled past. We rode in Scotland-esque light drizzle on hero dirt and finished around 7pm to a wonderful temp of 55F. A little early for the actual turn per se, but my god did we need that step function down. Down in town it was 65F. I'll take it, if even short lived.
Back to this mode, if I ever left...

today was the first remotely chilly day in months of humid heat, but not calling the turn yet, but I always love seeing this thread and I got Indy passes for the family this year so hope to be chasing basom and his girls around New England come winter.
get stoked y'all
Don't start up with this August turn shit again...
Agree with Wdsy. Little chill before the storm. NOT the turn BUT…wore a long sleeve.
