Hamilton's statements today are the dick move IMO

I don't think so. It may even be true, I don't know that Nico never beat him, but it does sound like he could be retiring so he doesn't have to defend his title. I agree Hamilton can be a dick, but maybe not in this case.
Nico himself has said they have been racing their entire career but Lewis always had the extra edge.

Ad placed in UK's Autosport magazine this week.
I have a CA license, that this the same as an FIA license, right? I can drive in Europe with it.
Can't believe I just found this thread....
MBAMGF1 is either getting Alonso or signing Wherlein. Maxy is a long shot but seems to have the strongest desire to go there and RB only has the Aussie locked in. Williams would be as functional as Frank's legs if they let Bottas leave. He's also supremely overrated. I think next season will be Lewis' last season with MB.
Renault is going to be a surprise next season I think....
They really place an ad in a magazine? Is that some kind of British labor law? Or a joke?
Another year of parade laps is soon to be upon us.
Rosberg says the Liberty Media buyout will Americanise F1. "...cause they know show business, and we need that now."
I am excited to see what changes come of this. F1 lost its way. It was the pinnacle of motorsports and now it is the pinnacle of ecotech and crappy tires.
The problem with all motorsports is the convergence of technology and cost. With crate engines and customer chassis F1 has been facing reality for a while. I just wish if they were going to do it that the customer cars weren't 2nd rate.
2017 cars have gone public.

The new t-wings and extended rear fin are a little goofy:

Really, unless it's raining and an early race before the Breweries open, I'll pass.

McLaren v Sauber for the back of grid battles. Honda needs to get their shit together..... They have more resources than any other engine constructor but are by far the worst. Makes no sense.
Anyone subscribe to NBC Sports Gold to watch F1? I'm wondering if it works well and how much it costs once the introductory offer ends. I don't have cable so I don't get NBCSN thus can't watch F1 at home.
