This thread would be more useful if you had a fucking clue what you were talking about. The players aren't owners. They aren't even employees. They're independent contractors. They pay their fees and expenses to participate. The only pay they get directly from the tour is purse money. If you're not m,aking cuts and placing up high, you're reliant on sponsorship money alone. On a flight I sat next to an on-course camera guy for the pga one time. He said Ricky was the best guy on tour. Invited him over for dinner etc. Said his father is a great guy too. Cool to hear.

Not to actually live there. The last thing a pro wants to do is live at a higher elevation. Not saying there aren't exceptions, of course, but generally speaking. There's a reason most of them live in Florida (sea level basis for club distances, plus bermuda is the toughest grass to hit and putt on so it makes other grass types seem easier).

No state income tax in Florida.

New Bermuda strains and growth regulators are pure surfaces.
