Annnnnndddd OBJ out for the year.
After opening the game 0-5 he then goes on to make 21 straight completions setting a franchise record including the game winning strike to DPJ with 11 seconds on the clock.
All of this is the Browns I know and love.
Wouldn’t be a Monday after a win if we didn’t have a reason to feel a sense of impending doom.
Bull and Fox is a lot more palatable today after the win.
Bull and Fox grow on you. They're currently ranked third in my order of preferred shows on The Fan.
Not sure if you were listening to Baskin and Phelps earlier but the ratio of clearly drunk callers to sober callers was off the charts.
"Chuck from Westlake" had some rambling theory about how the Browns needed OBJ to get hurt so that Baker could emerge as the clear Alpha-Male of the team and without the injury yesterday's win would not have happened.
Some may enjoy this. The original Kardiac Kids song.

While that is fantastic, I think what the Padded Room should really take the time watch, in full, is this video to "Here we go Again" by Michael Stanley and the Browns All Star Band.
The video is just so damned inspiring I've had it on loop all day and might start tailgating tomorrow morning.
I fucking dare you to watch it and not shed a tear or toss a chair.
Glad I am in sunny California on a BYE week.

This feels like a good time to mention that Baker Mayfield is in Covid reserve and away from the team.
Over under on Stefanski getting arrested for tax evasion?
Vibes to this vibes thread.
Not today, Devil.
Barely.

I was blissfully in the mountains today with my phone in my pack and when I looked at the final box score I couldn’t figure out for the life of me how they had not one but TWO 100 yard rushers today but only managed 10 whole points.
This video might help explain. Sorry for the ad first. You are looking for the national anthem video.

GO BROWNS!
Well, fuck. Myles Garrett out on the COVID list.
https://www.cleveland.com/browns/202...he-eagles.html
I’ll say. And quite possibly the DPoY.
Not to mention he and Denzel Ward comprise the entirety of the Browns defense.
I think you're VERY confused on who they're playing. I think there's a MUCH greater chance of the Eagles scoring 9 or 8..or maybe "98"...the entire season.
I'm not saying the Browns will win without Garrett, but they're not playing that other Pennsylvania team either.
Just when you think your team can't make any more bad decisions, apparently the bears are giving Tizer a tryout. I mean a second round draft pick with league leading interceptions for the browns......
He'll fit right in.
Holy shit, I completely forgot the Browns drafted him and rode him to an 0-15 start. I think I was blacked out for 2017 so it’s hard to say.
Anyway, good luck Bears! This thread is here for you if you need it.
This seems like the appropriate place for this headline. Liberal or conservative, we can all agree on the real losers, apparently.
“Pennsylvania Lt Governor: If Trump doesn’t stop losing, the Cleveland Browns will sue him.”
Ladies and gentlemen, your Cleveland Browns!
Well, 8-3. The offensive stats look awesome and somehow they won by 2 against a 1-10 team.
8-3 right now is going to make it pretty impressive when they miss the playoffs.

Gotta think they can go 9-7 or 10-6. J-E-T-S have to be a win. They should beat the G-men. Especially if Danny Dimes (a well earned nickname as ownership sincerely wishes they paid him dimes on the dollar) is still out. Could be a huge week 17, regardless of playoff implications, if the Steelers are 15-0 going into the game.
I’m enjoying the quarterback stylings of Mitchell Trubisky this evening.
Bwah. Fuck Pittsburgh though.
This season is a success no matter how it pans out. A playoff appearance, which seems very possible as they sit in the 5 seed today, would be icing on the cake.
Go Browns!
