what wouldn't disney do...
... for a few dollars more :)
i looked up that chick. turns out she was legit MMA fighter. kudos to her, i like her a lot!

the helmet was off in the last episode. it was a direct reference to darth vader's helmet being off in star wars, methinks.
even if not, homage is paid in so many ways. i'm still enthralled. by the experience. for an old star wars fan (saw Empire Striked Back when it came out and I was 4) i needed this.
I liked the stormtroopers- can’t- shoot bit also. I read someplace earlier today that die hard Star Wars fans are trolling the shit out of those two actors for punching baby Yoda in that scene. Pretty funny
i have spoken.
the baby yoda punching/shit talking/bad shooting scene was amazing. laughed my ass off
+1 that shit was great! Poking fun of their terrible aim was prime!

DARKSABER. Amazing inclusion.
My kids went nuts when they saw that, Sabeen? Uses one in Rebels.
My daughter has been called the foundling Yobee and it's sticking with me.

I can't wait for season 2. Just a great entry into the Star Wars universe. Simple but very well done.
In a bit of foresight we dressed our boy up as "baby Yoda" for Halloween, Weeks before Mandolorian premiered. Might have to reuse the costume next year Attachment 308346

^^funny
Took a wonderful NYE family walk by the river today discussing the potential that the Armorer is Sabine Wren and how old Sabine would be if it was her. Also, that’s the most bad ass fight scene so far (with the Armorer), and it may be the most gruesome fighting scene that I can remember in Star Wars.
Armor has not shattered or splintered in any live action fight in star wars. Seeing the Storm trooper armor fly was amazing. I guess when you get hit by a blacksmiths beskar steel hammer you get broke.
I like the Sabine theory. It has probably been somewhere between 15 to 30 years between rebels and Mando, so the age of the armorer seems like it could fit. She was pretty much an older teen in rebels

I nerded out on wookiepedia while on the crapper. Mando would be about the same age or older than Sabine. If the site is correct about timing.
So those characters (Mando and Sabine) would be in the 30-45 year age range.
