Yes, but I thought he handled his meltdown pretty darn well.
But he is still young, plenty of time for hookers and blow, just ask Tiger.

I don't enjoy the masters when the winning score is -2. I like it when people can make Saturday and Sunday runs. Leave the struggles to the US and British Opens. The masters should be about two foot sticks from the pin and saves from the rough.
You can tell Spieth is a Country Club kid. He is not tough. Never had a hard day in his life. His pouty face during green jacket ceremony was cute. Jack would have never done that.
My advice. Stop being so engaging to fans and media and harden up. There is a reason Tiger was stone faced all the time. Everyone wants a piece of him and there aren't enough pieces to go around. I suspect Spieth might struggle a bit now trying to reconcile being the nice guy vs. being a focused champion.
maybe the mob owns him and he took a fall
When Spieth headed to the back nine Sunday with a 5-shot lead, he was a giant minus-2,500 favorite at the SuperBook to win his second straight green jacket. But he followed back-to-back bogeys with a quadruple bogey on No. 12 and finished in a tie for second behindchampion Danny Willett. More money was bet on Spieth to win the Masters than any other golfer at the SuperBook.
He explained it pretty well in the brief interview, that after the four birdies he went in to a more defensive mode, which in any sport can kill a lead quicker than anything. Skiballs nailed it. An experienced caddy would have shot those thoughts down right from the first mention as well...
I told the crew I was watching with his tee ball was going in the water, then called second dunk, not sure why but I knew it was coming.
i didn't see the ceremony outside but honestly, for a 22 year old who just walked off from his most gut-wrenching self-inflicted loss ever in front of the entire planet, and considering how aglowingly afloat willett was with his past 2 weeks, i didn't think speith handled the inside ceremony that badly. people have to learn to how to lose just like they have to learn how to win and he probably hasn't had to do that very often. maybe i need to watch it again. i was mostly just shocked watching the two enormous divots fly through the air.
how about dj just busting his second shot through the trees on 15. Willet came and got it, good for him. Amen corner wins again.
Onward to Oakmont. Do we need some sort of major pool here to make this interesting....?
Hello friends, and welcome to Augusta for this year‘s addition of The Masters.
Looks like it’s going to be two days of good weather before the cut in two days of shitty weather after the cut if the predictions hold true. So much rain in the area this last week, I’ll be curious to see how low guys can go on Thursday and Friday, although I realize that course can drain faster than a coke addict’s bank account.
I’ll be very interested to hear how the champions dinner goes especially after Freddy’s comments last week.
If you’re looking for the PGA Fantasy app, it’s buried within the PGA Tour app…

Greg Norman is upset he didn't get a complimentary badge this year and said if "one of his guys is in contention on Sunday, all of his guys will surround 18 green in support".
Yeah, that kind of stick in the eye stuff really thrills the membership there Greg.
Will he have one guy for every shot he gacked when he choked on the masters that he should have won? Because that would be a lot of guys
Lol.
Wonder how that Champions Dinner is going right now. It’d be fun to be a fly on the wall for sure.
Here’s hoping Freddy goes out and contends one more time. (Like he seemingly does every year)
Everyone we like to the left, Patrick Reed to the right. Ok then. Lol.
FUCK PATRICK REED.

Hovland's Azealia shirt is loud, yet appropriate.
It's also really nice to tune into a golf tournament and not hear some drunken lardass yelling "MASHED POTATOES!" or "BABABOOEY!" at every teebox.
The first question of every interview should be, “Patrick, are your parents invited if you win this year?”

There's just some things you can set your watch to.
Like Freddy being on page 1 of the leaderboard on Thursday of The Masters.

Amen!
I’ve set up the hitting mat outside my office - grips ordered- let’s go , so ready for golf.
Think I'm gonna grab the boy and scoot out to the range and watch the end at the clubhouse before the weather sets in. If this tournament doesn't make you want to hit the sticks, I don't know what will.
Just watching Freddie’s post interview on golf channel if you don’t like this guy I don’t know what to say….
Rahm's dinner looks to be the most interesting since Matsuyama's (which looked incredible).

I would go just for the ibericos
