Who's whining? I'm not. I am merely making an accurate observation of reality. Nor am I asking any of those questions, nor do I have any questions about your culture. I actually read this site for the humor - there are some funny mother fuckers here -, the lack of a moderator, well except Blurred that is, and to enjoy sopme kick ass trip reports that I find inspiring. You have been involved in some of those. Kudos to you and thanks for sharing.

Make room for another JONG. I found this forum in a wierd way...I was
looking for a Powder Mag sticker to slap on my truck and after several
unsuccessful attempts directly through them, a google search led me to
the Powder Mag forum..then tgr.....and I have an envelope full of
stickers in less than a week..thanks to the power of the maggots. I was an instant believer. Anyway, I am a dedicated Tahoe powder hound and am in the process of handing this addiction down to my 5year old.

Older than dust, 2 planker, flatlander, morer ballz than skillz (dangerous combo), Things other than skiing I do for adrenaline fixes: Waterski (shortline slalom), Wakeboard, surf, skateboard (someone tell me why snowboarding is so much harder than its 3 cousins!) Motocross/XCountry racing, and, of course, Golf.

What lake are you on?

Hello all

I am an east coast skier, getting a bit higher in age but not to old to still launch something if its soft. Most of the time you will find me deep in the trees of mrg if its good. However if its good and crowded you might find me at Burke or Magic, or even Jay. When its bad I head to the snowmaking hills like Okeslow or K. I usually head out west every other year. I would make it every year but a funny thing keeps happening. I keep skiing pow in Vermont and going out west to ski hardpack, unlucky I guess. Next year is Utah and I am guessing with Alta's 500 inch year even I might see powder but only time will tell.

Anyhow in the past week or so I have been trolling here my life has improved markedly. I am not a rookie troll as I am a gamer. I play Ultimate in the offseason as well as play hoops year round to stay in shape. Look forward to chatting with you all.....

I finially figured out that all i need is my skis boots poles, friends and balls, everthing else will take care of itself!

Someday I'll get around to a quiver pic, it's not that interesting except in the range of waist widths (track skis - bc touring skis - Volkl P50s - Volkl G3s on to BROMANIA!

Based in San Francisco, the typical weekend warrior in my Überu sedan (H3V6+VDC standard, baby!).

Into ripping sweet carves, dodging trees, climbing up big pieces of rock then skiing down them. Other sports include X-Country, BC, toolemarking. Summers I'm left with and inline skating and road biking. Actually I do those year round, 'cuz hey it's California and we like to mix things up!

That's about who I am...I'm as old as my skin and younger than my teeth, and if you don't like what I have to say then :the_finge

I'm 25, based in Manhattan, lived in Utah for a while, skied for K-ton freestyle before that and now try and get out there as much as Wall Street will let me-damn you corporate finance real job!! I am, however, completely stoked to be hitting up Jackson for the first time in two weeks.

Other sports- marathon & triathlons. want to start learning how to free-heel maybe next season.
