Nobody I know. That is in Piermont. There a few along the creek there but that is the most photogenic one for sure. I imagine the yard floods at high tide occasionally but the second floor must have a gorgeous view of the river.

Yeah, I was thinking about trying a little ballast. I like it a lot and I like fast tippy boats in general. I just need to polish my skills up again.

I think we've got about 12 total (5-6 whitewater boats and 5-6 sea kayaks). I met my wife when we were both sea kayak guides so she doesn't mind a full boat rack. It's nice to have boats available when friends come to visit.Quote:
