Duke PT hole pattern?

how do I make this png file print correctly? I set the scale to 100% and it's way too small.
Is there a pdf of this?

THanks!! this looks great. question: prior paper templates I have used I fold over at my boot sole length. this seems for a certain boot sole length?
the tech pin line is 180mm in front of boot sole center line. 180*2 = 360 so it's for 360 bsl? should i fold back half of the difference to my bsl?
so if have 305 should I fold back 55/2=27.5mm?

Oops! I spaced including BSLs on this template. I’ll need to fix it later. This one is at 300 BSL, which should be close for you with the heel adjustment range. You could shift the toe and heel 2mm and be golden. Measure your true BSL to confirm first. Be sure to do a test mount too.
