Sooooooooo, it would appear that everyone's luck has been as good as mine of late?

I've been doing very well down in MA. Haven't been getting out as much as I'd like but the fish are biting like crazy when I do.

It's just a question of figuring out where they are around here. With temps swinging big day to day there's been some movement, but thankfully it hasn't been a killer hot summer and they haven't gone deep.

The pickerel are getting stupid big too... Have to throw steel leaders or oversized braid now or there's like a 75% chance I'm losing my bait lately.

Nothing compared to Bottlewoman's hog but definitely better than average and put up a nice battle. The fishing on Champlain is really good right now, low/clear water and warmer than average for this time of year.
