Shekat, that's awesome! I always thought that many people tear an ACL and it heals on its own ever knowing.
I'm done w/week 5 tomorrow. Just over 130 degrees now, so less emphasis on getting the bend back -- just focus on letting it come naturally now.
I have minor swelling below the knee cap still and getting up after sitting at the computer is stiff. But my patella tendonitis / pain behind the patella is basically gone. Just feel it going downstairs or trying single leg squats to bench. Been instructed to take 4 days off of cycling/strength to see if we can ditch the last of the swelling.
Been stable enough to not wear brace for about a week now. Still wear it at night since I move a lot in my sleep.
