5 day qpf at 4.2 inches w the bullseye right on us and colder then forecasted temps to boot. seems everyone including 213 is on board. apparently theres a break in the storm on the coast so maybe they'll be able to get that game 7 in sf off 2nite.
Anybody ever heard of Mountain Adventure Seminars out of Bear Valley? I've got a family thing happening in early January in Arnold and was thinking about maybe doing my Avy I through them.

those guys are awesome - Aaron is who you want to get if possible. He and his wife live up there with 2? kids now??? I did avy skills tour with them a few years back and they were unbelievably flexible with timing and coordinating to fit us in before our hut trip. Driving west on 80 was no fun yesterday--where the work is being done the westbound fast lane is still on the eastbound side and was stopped for about 15 minutes, stop and go for the rest. Wonder when caltrans plans to stop work and reopen two normal westbound lanes.
