Damn, that sucks. But know that you'll get through it, there are (unfortunately) plenty of us on here who have already gone through this, and quite a few who are actually going through it as we speak. Life will go on and you'll be back out ripping soon enough.

You'll be back at it soon, but I know it will be a long season waiting, looking at the snow outside and doing rehab. Just put all of your skiing energy into rehab...thats what I did and it seemed to help. Did you decide to go hamstring or patellar? Best of luck. Hopefully you'll be back soon!
Edit: oh yeah and your first time back on the slopes will be better than sex!!! :fm: :fm: :fm:
Sucks Sandy, its a long life. We all miss some time here and there. You'll be back.
