Even AI don't know, I just asked it. First the thc and cbd molecules are emulsified, essentially breaking them down into smaller molecules that are more easily absorbed. Then the micro particles are coated with "fat globules or water-soluble coatings" to protect them from stomach acids while they are being absorbed. What these coatings are and what fats are used seems to be proprietary info. I would assume they need to use stuff that's GRAS (generally recognized as safe) by the FDA, but hey who knows?

China and Japan were bad ideas too but I got away with those. This probably falls between the two in terms of sketchitude. Being an older not-poor white guy traveling with a group of similar seems to help quite a bit.

No doubt, and I'm still pondering. But almost 2 weeks in another country with a group I really can't stand (it's my wife's deal), and no alcohol, I need to preserve sanity somehow.

The worst thing that's happened so far was being in Tokyo and realizing I had eaten way too much right about as we reached the craziness of Shibuya and then turning around a couple of minutes later and realizing that the group had left and I was alone and very stoned in a massive crowd in the middle of the night the middle of Tokyo. But it all worked out, eventually.

I'd think the less risky approach would be to talk with the local hotel staff and just find some local weed.

Fast acting usually means nano-encapsulation of THC.

This is done by mixing non-water sol.
