0g about to top out and be greeted with a 4,000 foot, 8 mile descent. We waited out a thunderstorm with a little fire under a tree. The rocks and roots had dried out by the time we hit the top leaving perfect conditions:)

Knocking off the usual suspects. Most cars I've ever seen at the trail head (23!) but only 3 people on the trail and there were also 23 goats chilling by the lake. Another awesome day in the alpine
