The speed and ferocity with which attacked that was fucking awesome! The dogs and I sat for a good half hour and watched them suffocate that thing. Really cool.
It rained quite a bit in Empire yesterday. Heavy rain in Breckenridge today, with strong winds that blew over a few trees along Hwy. 9. Frisco and Silverthorne got a few good showers too. Keep it coming. In my opinion, any rain is good rain, with or without lighting.
hot and quite a bit of smoke in EC today.

Solid work here.
How's the smoke level in Summit County looking? May shift my plans to bike all next week up there if it's pretty bad.
smoke was heavy in EC yesterday morning but the wind picked up a bit and blew it out I guess as it cleared up in the afternoon.
Starts slow and the music is a little drama-queen. There's some good nighttime footie early on, but watch the shit hit the fan at 7:00 when the wind kicks in:

My nuts are sweaty for the umpteenth day in a row. This fucking sucks.
Edit: Hey my nuts were right. Hottest June on record.
Rained pretty good in Boulder tonight... hopefully this week brings more of the same.

HOT and no rain again today. A few clouds this afternoon but no moisture. I'm still hoping we get wet later this week.
rain the last 3-4 days here and rained pretty much all afternoon and early evening on the 4th...much needed!
Was up on Mt Evans on the 3rd, and got soaked on the way back down to Echo Lake...all of the Front Range got drenched that afternoon...I've never been so happy to be hiking in rain!
finally rained some here yesterday. We headed to the pool around 4 and it started raining some and kept up lightly for about an hour or so....FKNA awesome. More please and temps look to be in the high 60s for the weekend!
storms right out of the south today, and the last 15 have been our biggest rain storm of the year....POURING at the house, thunder, light show, awesome!
I was caught in a downpour riding my bike on the keystone aqueduct trail about an hour ago. It was definitely a good feeling. Except for the hail, that stung a bit.
great moisture here all afternoon...no hard downpours like yesterday, just steady light rain from about 1:30.
3" in three and a half days!
