Can anyone comment on why it appears there is so much inventory in the SLC area? Someone mentioned people are moving out due to the water issues (as in lack of future supply). I don't believe it but....
Looks like some really good values.
Perhaps the prices are still close enough to reality compared to wages for people to want to move up? I mean where are they all looking to move to that supports their cult?
I wouldn’t say they’re close to reality. My house over doubled in value in 5 years. Maybe that just says that prices were super cheap a decade ago. And they were. But they certainly aren’t reasonable now. Maybe compared to California

I think it’s pretty cool. There’s def some maintenance stuff that could be addressed, but the finishes really seem to be in good shape. A re-roof is likely necessary but the copper might be prohibitive for a new owner that isn’t committed.
Whoever is having Barre classes in the hallway needs to stop ;)
There is a lot of half ass heat trace in the gutters for a reason. One you don't want to find out about when it doesn't work.
I would think about pulling 70% of the roof and redoing it.
