Random post but did anyone see TGR is opening up a store in Breck? Just seems extremely random for a mountain never really associated with having much big mtn terrain.
KO2s for summer and fal. Studded i*Pikes have been awesome for snow and the occasional 4wd excursion in the shoulder season too. Tread pattern has enough spacing between blocks to clear mud and grab rocks.
Just picked up a set of the new Cooper Discoverer Snow Claw’s. Looks like a winter version of the AT3s. Look like they should also be solid.

I think you are misunderstanding my point. I am just sayin in these particular few weeks while there are lane closures in Idaho Springs for repaving, the increase in volume of traffic from its typical lull from mid October to the start of ski season traffic will make the backups worse in that particular spot until they finish the lane repaving and I don't feel like dealing with it until they finish the small bit of repaving. The overall project has had a surprisingly little impact on traffic flow from my experience. I'm sure those who drive it every day feel differently of course.Quote:
