Turx, this is a screaming deal and you should jump on it. 9/32" is 0.28" and plenty of life. All Subies use the same bolt pattern and foresters and outbacks all had the same tire size through 2008. Should last you 3 seasons easy - you can drive them down to 6/32 before you might want new snow tires. Studs are legal in CA Nov through May, and they drive fine on dry roads. Pre-mounted means easy on and off as long as you have storage room for a full set of wheels and tires.
