North facing Glades were outstanding before the hordes arrived at Corona. It did not help they were loading every other chair on IP and Corona. Anything SE exposure was coral reef below the pow. All in all a great morning!
Eldo makes national NPR, re Ned trying to buy it... https://www.npr.org/2025/03/05/nx-s1...ing-ski-resort
And yes, a Vail buy would bring out the pitchforks

Ned signs on the line.
Wow, I thought that was pretty dead. Hopefully they can make some money on it during the summer. I don’t see them investing much into it for the winter - for better or worse. Please just keep the train on the tracks. And do NOT go Epic.
I'm not sure there will be much demand for the bonds.

Plan to make it a year round destination. Hmm. Adding mountain biking I assume.
Bumper cars and tilt a whirl
From my understanding, they can only add summer stuff if the landowner at the base agrees?
More parking for Hessie trailhead overflow!

Unpersoned tilt a whirl probably won't be good for the bottom line.
disc golf off green side specifically with a bomber shot down the trick ditch
Jolly Jug Water Slide.
Obviously.

An affordable Eldora only pass would be a nice option.
Summer mtn biking would be great.
According to the FAQ: "Will locals see cheaper passes?
The programming we can implement in the first few years will be dependent upon the final purchase price when we place the bonds and the free cash flow available after the deal is done. While accessibility is a priority, we must also prioritize paying off our debt obligation so we can capture more free cash flow and reinvest it into our community. If you have ideas on creating accessibility, email BOT@nederlandco.org with your ideas."
I'm gonna take that as a no.
ned can't even run a town without fucking shit up
look at the past 30 years of bullshit that has gone on there
they will fuck this up
they can't even keep a community park in order
