I agree. There are many outstanding auds, though (rango, oade).

Side note: seems like a ton of Pearson/Healy boards got posted (by c Miller) in the last couple of years, for a bunch if not most of the 89-90 shows. They are so fucking good. Like unbelievably good.

I got a copy of this show on a few Maxell XLII 90s back in high school and damn near wore out the tape. A real classic.

The sound quality sucks but so does Jerry's singing, which is such a huge bummer that those years are basically unlistenable for me. I am pretty convinced that the only people who really like and listen to a lot of 82-85 shows are people who have attendance bias.

For people like me who were too young to see Jerry, I just can't see choosing to listen to those years when basically every show from the 70s is at my fingertips (I also appreciate and listen to 89-90).

That’s just stupid, Jerry was a way better guitar player in 84-85 than he was in 89-90.

Is it normal to have a filler tune on a Dave's Picks? Particularly something from another era? That seems like something that was done home brewed Maxell XLII 90s, not a professionally produced product.
