No brainer's always fail in Utah.

VA recently (and quietly) decriminalized. Already gettin the emails that the state is broke and that public schools are fucked. Maybe full legalization will be the silver lining to this shit cloud.

I don't believe a single state has legislated legalization. All legalizations have been voter initiatives

Vermont was by legislation. It's half assed, grow but no retail so we don't even get the benefit of taxes.

I don't want to be on a registry. And, I think VTs MMJ is very restricted. From what I gather you have to be literally dying and or in extreme pain.
