Indeed. I guess actually that the golf clubs (in my case) far exceed the abilities of the golfer. My driver is dented though... That is why I cant sink puttsQuote:

Left to right:
188 Bros,
145 K2s, apx, 250mm at the waist (i look forward to skiing these opening day)
192 fisher watea
My quiver pales in comparison to most, but as an east coaster I only skiied bumps. Since I am moving to Utah in a few weeks I needed to upgrade my quiver a bit. My 1080 moguls are not pictured since they were thrown away at the end of the season...no more edges left, too much bump bashing.

190 Volkl Gotamas
183 Dynastar Troublemakers
175 Rossi Viper Z's
hmmm, I wonder how two teleboards would ski....

SKIS (from left to right. That's how we read in this country, you know. ;) ).
188 Volkl P40 w/ S912 lifted (need to get rid of... want 'em back, Summit?)
195ish Volant somethings (worthless... need to get rid of)
179 Public Enemy w/ center mount s912 (need to be screwed in--park ratting)
160 Atomic 9:16 w/ Atomic 614 (slalom race)
178 Rossi B3 w/ Naxo NX21 (AT)
175 Pocket Rocket w/ s912 (meant too much to get rid of; keeping them for moguls)
178 Dynastar Concept unmounted(summer jibbing? Otherwise need to get rid of)
181 Rossi 9x unmounted (GS skiing... replaced the P40s)
170 Deep Powder NEVER MOUNTED :yourock: (epic days)
Can't wait for my BROs for everyday shredding
BINDERS AND EXTRAS from left to right
Scott Dispatch Poles w/ fatty basket (love 'em)
Solly X-Wave 10
Solly 997 Driver 14 to go on BROs
Solly 754 10-DINers to go on Concepts maybe? Otherwise useless
Look P14 to go on Rossi 9x
Solly 997 Driver 12 to go on Deep Powders
Looks like those 70-hour work weeks have kinda jumpstarted my race career, thankfully. After the BROs come and I do a little thinning, i will finally be totally done for the next few seasons. Thanks to squatch for finding the unmounted DPs for 80 freakin' dollars! And thanks to other mags for the acquisition of gear (Summit, Squatch, Hucksquaw, Brandon).

Brother's Eskonen kitchen corner :)
My skis from left:
188cm G4 /fks180
188cm stiff Bro's / s900 din 9-16
193cm Big Daddy / searching for bindings
+my monoski :)
183cm monster im103 coming, probably going to get them in week or two. They are at my friends garage at helsinki.
Brother's skis:
184cm Extrem Big Block / 912ti
193cm Pimp's / s900 din 9-16
178cm PE's /912ti
Max those P14's are not going to work on those Rossignol skis with that plate. Either you will need a new plate or FKS bindings.Quote:

Less Than 6 New Inches Skis
More Than 6 New Inches Skis

The Wife Skis
Which is easier? My roommate has some FKS but to pry them from him would be to pry them from his dead hands. I'll check gear swap maybe.Quote:

Unmounted 2006 B1's will be getting the Axial 140's off the RPM17's and will be the primary ski. Love them Bandits.
wow I've always wanted to try the rpm's. What do they ski like?
They're rockets. They're the same as the Bandit XX 110/74/100 but with riser plates. Wood core. I have Axial 120's on them and they're heavy. They're VERY demanding. In the beginning of the season and I'm out of shape they sap every bit of strength I have. Sometimes they're too much ski for me when I want to ride in the backseat at the end of a long day. Into the season when I've built up leg strength they're the fastest skis I've ever been on. Very fast on hardpack, tears up crud, and has a fairly good floatation for my weight (225lbs).Quote:

Those are so sick Adam. Are you gonna put 914s on them?
yes I am
(this is adam, just on nick's computer"
it's a stiff ski but fun, I rode a pair last year you have to stay balanced once you find the sweet spot they are great.
AHHHH!!!! ADD SENTENCE FRAGMENTS!!!! AHHHHH!!!Quote:

Have all of my stuff out right now as I pack, so I thought it would be a good time to put up my Quiver Pic. I cheat here with some skis that are retired. I still/will use the four pairs on the right side of photo.

From left.
TRS The Ski 190 w/steel Besser Bindings - Retired - these were my old mans. Display only, though still skiable. Purchased new from Gart Bros downtown store in Denver.
K2 Coors Skis - 188 Purchased off E-Bay for display - never mounted
Dynastar Telemark - 210 My first pair of Tele boards. Formerly mounted with 3-pin Rottefella. Bought from foreign exchange student who went to my high school back in the late 80's. Jan Norman was the Norwegian who sold me these and he ripped - he used to throw heli's in the middle of bumpy ice runs with these things and leathers! Crazy guy. Someday I will turn with him again.
Rossi 4S 200 Loved these skis. Originally mounted alpine with Looks, later converted to 3-pin. Did a hut tour with these beasts back in the day :nonono2: .
K2 Piste Stinks 190 w/Rainey and Rottefella TRP release plate - my midwest tele bombers.
Rossi Bandit X 191 w/ Marker turntables. My current groomer basher. Still like these old sticks.
Salomon AK Rockets 195 w/Fritschi's. Skis were from the S&C sale. Heavy setup, but worthy on the downhill
Bro Stiffs 188 Blems from Splat, to be mounted with the new 914's laying in front of them - they have those cool moving AFD's. Fellow mag Xboat who is a salomon mounting veteran is going to help me get these on Tuesday night - just in time to bash some crud and slush next week in New Zealand. Tramdock's always excellent service had these at my house almost as soon as I clicked through the deal.
Foreground:
Mostly I put this stuff on here because it was already out. Backpacks are both from Steep and Cheap. Ortovox Probe from Tramdock, old school LifeLink shovel that I bought at Wilson Sports in the mid nineties, brand new Scarpa Tornados from Tramdock that I hope will ease my AT experience and save my toenails, old Technica Explosion alpine boots that always freeze my toes - they sent me these shells to use with my original liners after the flourescent orange shells exploded, some Scarpa T2's and my original tele boots, a pair of Asolo Extremes that I bought as a package from the Norwegian guy, a Mammut Barryvox transciever from REI, BD Clipfix skins, BD adjustable probe poles, and an assortment of goggles and some other junk.
