Made a thin crust last night with uncured pep, serrano, fresh basil. I ended up eating half of it which is a shitton for me.

With boiled jasmine rice, dressed with sesame oil, scallions and seeds.
The carrots and beans were blanched and finished in a pan with oil, soy sauce, garlic, and scallion whites.
Spinach was blanched and cooled, finished with a bottled "Asian Ginger Sesame" dressing and seeds. We use this for bibimbap as well.
Nice! I blanched and finished in eco and garlic.
Burgers, fried in bacons.
With fried jalapeños.
Topped with homemade green chili.
Onion, avo, melty cheese.

Pretty tasty, great appetizer.
Roasted acorn squash stuffed with curried chickpeas, golden beets, carrots, onions, red peppers and split garlic cloves then topped with panko and finished in a hot oven
