Dammit... I'm just about out of bougie cheese, too.
Bougie cheese at working man prices is one of the very best parts of Costco. Can't wait for the black label 20-month gouda that comes around at the holidays.
eta: Decided to check the website to see if they have that gouda online. They don't, but you can buy an entire 72 lb wheel of Parm

Citterio genoa and provolone - 6/$10 at Diamond Costco [South Anchorage] - "individual" packaging is "Italian", but the salami and cheese is good, keeps at least 3 days in a backpack in moderate temps, you get a lot of sausage and cheese for your $10, and 2 of them is more fat and protein calories than a $10 Mountain House.
A dirtbag's dee lite. Or a backup plan in the breakroom fridge.
My Costco hasn't had the 505 Hatch green chile salsa for over a month and it's really pissing me off.
They sell a 2 pak in San Diego that is a Red and Green salsa which are damn good. I inhaled the red one.
Some day I want one of those whole Jamons to go with the bougie cheese. They pretty regularly mark down the $100 Serranos to $50 when they don't sell them all before Christmas...
But what I really want is the true Jamon Iberico: https://www.costco.com/covap%C2%A0ja...100519895.html Acorn fed, 3-year aged, pure bougie absurdity.
$550 is already "cheap" for a whole iberico leg, but I've heard stories of people getting those for half price...just need to find a store that decides to stock them but can't actually sell them.
The Kirkland wool socks are better than most. They last me longer than most of my fancy Darn Tough socks. Those things fall apart.
No, I'm not gonna bother mailing socks in for replacement. I know they'd take care of them, but most were given to me as a gift (because I don't buy them). But yeah, all my darn tough socks get holes in them in weird places around the ankles. The excessive paddling in the toes is also annoying.
Kirkland Wool Socks winter time daily driver FTW [/cool kid TGR speak]
Darn Tough socks pretty much suck if you ask me. But yeah Costco. Snacks, coffee, laundry detergent, TP, frozen fish, english muffins and so on. I only go if I'm driving by (Eagle or Lakewood) but its well worth it.
What do I want? To be able to get in and out this Thursday without it being a total nightmare this close to turkey day.
RE: socks, avoid the Avalanche Outdoor supply company thick wool socks. Just looking at them causes a hole to appear.
Just want to add I also am big believer in the Kirkland wool socks. I always pick up a pack when I’m back in the states
They're not in your part of the country, but Wegmans -- regional supermarket chain in upstate NY and Mid Atlantic -- regularly stocks Iberico ham. The only reason I know this is I saw it prominently displayed a few months ago.
Connection to Costco? If there's a Costco there's usually a Wegmans near by. They chase the same demographic.
Salsa de molcajete?!?
