I picked up my new CZ 75b in .40 a couple of days ago. Finally going to shoot it tonight. With some nice grips (not those crappy factory plastic ones) this is going to be a very nice shooter. All steel, too. I find that pistols with a little more heft are far preferable to those polycarbonate Terminator-prop jobbies.
My CZ 75 P0-1, which I love, even with its mediocre trigger, is about a light as I want for now.
But I hear that the Springfield XDs are very, very nice. Perhaps I'll try one at the range tonight.
