My guess is that when the URL of the forums got changed that the settings in Tapatalk, and the TGR app which is just a re-branded single forum version of Tapatalk, were never updated. So like so many real-life users who were still going to the old URL because they didn't know to go to a new one, Tapatalk is still looking for the forums at the old URL as well. And if TGR migrates over to XenForo then Tapatalk will be useless, it only connects to vBulletin forums.Quote:

Yeah, main site was upgraded 2-3 weeks ago. Last update post I saw from Danno (in one of the 17 cojillion forum update threads) was that the new forums were being QA'ed, but haven't seen anything since.Quote:

I've been unable to get in for the past couple of weeks and finally found a very weird way to get here. iOS app stopped working and when I go to the main website I see the main forum page for a fraction of a second before the screen goes all white. Today I wiped the cache for TGR on my iPhone and can get in from the mobile site. If I try and go to the full site main page, it still crashes. What's weird is once I click a sub forum or post, it takes me to the full site webpage and everything works fine.
I do hope they get these forums back up and running before everyone gives up.

Photo function is critical
TGR app is working again, but if someone who isn't using it (I guess) posts an apostrophe or a line break, I get bullshit. Why is this all such a shit show, did you get some unpaid intern to do this? Why did it need to get changed at all? It mostly used to work. Now we can't see anyone's pics. Isn't that exactly what happened at some other forums that killed them? Whoever is in charge of all this, whoever got the Good Idea Fairy involved should be demoted.

Numbers still don’t really work from it tho. At least the app is working again. Hopefully the new forum sw goes live soon and it doesn’t shit the bed
My apostrophe's work, but not a lot of other people's. Unless that changed in the last less than 24hrs.
Awesome news about picture posting. What about pictures posted in times past?
Looks like some hiccups since my earlier post. We hit the halfway point in August. Hopefully some new forum sw appears soon
