Leok, any chance these are still available?
Can you shoot me a PM and we can arrange something?

Hi,
I am not selling any stormriders myself... but I can check the link. I can not PM you (maybe something with your settings you should change).
They seem to be still around as are some others: https://www.ricardo.ch/de/s/stöckli%20stomrider
If you buy them you can have my address or I can maybe try to pick them up... Than we would have to find someone to take care of the shipping (taking them on in a skibag on a plane).
Best option: you PM me and we discuss further.
Some recent chatter in the quiver thread about Stockli's got me doing some stormrider searching on ebay. The model that pops up alot is the Stormrider TT 110. I was always curious as to why this ski did not seem to work out and is for sale alot. Is it that they were to stiff or that they were a full twin tip? Made for AK faces only? I've seen these things for sale brand new for less than $200 and also people selling for $800+. Obviously no love for this model.
asking for a friend!
I had a pair of tt110s briefly, they were really sick skis actually, at least for me. My main issue was that I was pretty in between sizes, went for the 192 and that thing was so damn heavy. It’s actually pretty easy to ski, has almost no camber and is super damp. They were just so god damn heavy I couldn’t deal with lugging them up the side country boot packs around here, and they were a little too long, if they were available in a 185 or 186 instead of 182 and 192 I probably would still own a pair. If I skied more inbounds I probably would have kept the long pair.
I have a Stormrider 110 TT 192cm, but have not skied it yet.
My pair weighs 2346g per ski, which I don't consider "heavy" at all. YMMV.

.
I should note mine had p18s with cast so the binding set up was not helping. I did find them to ski like a classic stockli even though they aren’t terribly stiff. Kind of an under rated playful charger.
I have a set of the 110TT's in a 192 currently for sale in the link if anyone is interested...

I've owned 194 XLs and 184 DP Pros.
Yesterday I skied my new to me, old 186 Scot Schmidt Pros (91mm waist).
Holy Christ.
Damp as Fuck.
Super edge hold.
Demanded the fall line.
No speed limit.
Like the ol' jump turns.
Best groomer / bump day evar?
:D
I still regret selling my 201 DP Pros.
If anyone’s holding....

I loved those old 184 DP pros. Wish I still had a pair.
These are the light gray ones with yellow on the tip bases? Sounds delightful

And 1st Gen M98s... first big boy ski I ever got on. Kicked my ass, since I was a hack!
Yes, they are serious skis.
Probably too much for me @150#.
But if you:
Keep your harms up!
Knees forward!
Pressure the shins!
Drive the tips!!!
They are rewarding.
Recently picked up the MX98 184 square tail, which will likely be my unicorn ski, so the 194s may be up for sale cheap.
Anybody ski these sr-107s?
Found a couple pairs for sale locally and wondering how they compare to the "pro" version with very similar top sheet

The pro was 105 under foot iirc. I am also pretty sure that’s a good vintage
but there's also these: https://www.skimag.com/gear/stockli-...r-pro-115-2017
Yup. Stockli was never very good at the under appreciated art of coming up with a rememberable ski model name.

I found a line on a 3 pairs DP pros in 184, 193, and 201. Seller wants to sell all three as a package.
Anyone interested in splitting? PM me and we can figure out logistics.

Hello! Long time lurker.
Curious how everyone sizes the current Stormrider 105? The size gap between the 179 and 188 is causing me some indecision. For comparison I have a Kastle BMX 105 HP in 181. I could go longer with it but definitely wouldn't want to go shorter. This is making me think 188 S/R 105. The 22.5 radius of the 188 is a good number for me most of the time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! 5'11; 175 lb without pack/gear; former D1 alpiner; still like to haul.
Cheers

Bump for help with detuning edges on Stormriders
I’m looking at a pair of 105s - demos from the 2019-20 season. Riding them tomorrow in 4” PNW chunder.
While fondling them tonight I find the edges are sharp to within ~2” from the tips and tails.
Is that right? Should they be detuned further back than that?
TIA
