I wouldn't mind having them back, but there is no justification for that addition.

I backed out a long time ago.....like on the 1st page....
Bump cuz these need to go to a worthy home. I would take them, but again, I spent all my money and cant afford to feed these little pups right now :(
nobody needs these less than me (i've got 192 bro's and unmounted 138's) but...
maybe my brother (the actual Big Dave) needs them. I'm broken down in somewhereville Georgia and won't get home until thursday. If they're still around then it's gonna be hard for me to say no...
stupid iggy's:nonono2:
yeah, just 10mm. Look at the dimensions - it's the same ski, just 10mm wider tip-waist-tail.
And Natty, when did you have these, or specifically what did you have during that Hood mini back in, umm....when was that...04? Original Brototype testing, 4th of july party at your place...anyway you let me ski something of yours Iggy back then, either an FFL or FFF, and I think it was 260 or 270 on the flex scale. Didn't strike me as unbearable then...then again I was used to skiing on my FFLs (which I was skiing then).
If all you dudes back out, I'll take 'em.
isn't the 190 sumo just an explosiv + 3cm? as it still has normal camber and shape, its gotta be better than the EHP at getting you back to the lift
excuse my numbers, brain fart. FFL + 20mm, not 10...! (thanks for Iggyskier for pointing that out...)
UAN not to be mean but why are you having such a hard time understanding Prof's point? Any non-traditional sidecut ski is more than a handful at getting back to the lift on the bottom 1,000 vert of the mountain, which tends to be groomers and/or beat-up mank. Having a fatty ski with sidecut and camber makes that bearable, and let's you carve a legit high-speed turn on the groomed. Squirrel has it right...
As for the FFF's, ummm. Yummy.
sorry -- i wasn't trying to be mean at all (maybe dense) -- i just was looking for more insight.
i thought the sumo had a much different shape/sidecut than it actually does (if squirrel's comment is accurate) -- if it's an explosiv + 3, then things make perfect sense to me. (then again, if it is just an explosiv + 3, i'm not sure why there was a lot of fanfare over it -- was it really just the leather top sheet and short length??) sorry for being slow, but i guess i was not up-to-speed on the sumo.
also, i'd have to disagree with you on any non-traditional ski being "more than a handful" on the lower half of a mountain. i would have agreed with that when the only shape out there was the spat, but after skiing the EHPs for about 20 days and the dp 120s for the past few (and 2nd-hand accounts of other, newer shapes), i respectfully must disagree.
you might want to try one of those shapes if you haven't done so already (maybe you have).
i apologize to all for the apparently obvious question and appreciate the info on the sumo.
Hate cunting up the thread - maybe we should move this over to Prof's EHP observations thread - I'll post a response there.

Back to the subject at hand. I want those Iggies. I feel them calling me. It's a dark, yet sweet and seductive force. Have mercy on me... as the skis surely will not. PM sent.... again...
Not only that, but I won't have to drill any new holes... The 317mm boot sole wil do me fine.... Pretty please?
ya sorry i had to back out. i got fired, lost my only source of income and need money to pay for rent this next month. is that ok with you? when i pm'd El he seemed to understand, so i hope you can too:nonono2:
The FFFs are sold to the hucker of wheat... (actually, to a friend of his, but he's picking them up tonight)
