That guy gives bad names to riders. There is always one bad apple in the gang, right?
I ride, with loud pipes as that is what it came with. They do help get you noticed when needed.
But I also do such things as coast into work to keep it quiet.
Even as a rider, I would have certainly said something to him, from one rider to another. With this guy, it sounds like he still would not have cared.
That sucks Bacon. Sorry your kids had to go through that.
