I think you're doing this wrong, you need to come in with a baseline list of demands.

1. A free TGR bathrobe.
2. Unfettered access to the box fan closet.
3. Weekly catered lunches from Subway.
4. 8 round trip tickets on Spirit or Frontier to Jackson for meetings.
5. Bring back the tags.

You mean aside from the hookers and blow?

Sometimes it's deleting spam or banning bots; you would get emails from all reported posts (or you might see these on your own and act on them). Sometimes its laughing at the "he was mean to me!" reported posts. Sometimes it's helping people out because they accidentally deleted a post/thread or have trouble with their account or whatever.

Sometimes its dealing with posts that might go over the line re racism or whatnot, and deciding whether they do or not, and what to do about it. Or deciding whether a thread in another forum belongs in poliass. Sometimes its dealing with certain people who just love to create work for the mods. These more difficult issues are pretty much always a subject of discussion among all the mods, which is why it might take a while for us to act.

It's not super time consuming, generally, except when shit is hitting the fan, which isn't often.
