New Jersey is a great place IMO. My wife and I have paddled in Barnegat Bay several times. In fact we'll be at Island Beach State Park next week for a day (she's from Jersey). We've also paddled in the Navesink River, the Meadowlands, and circumnavigated Manhattan Island from the Statue of Liberty (pretty sure I've posted about that on here). The paddling possibilities in NJ are endless. I wouldn't mind living somewhere on the Jersey Shore.Quote:
