Billy was the last live music I’ve seen since the pandemic. He played Snowbird’s Subaru Winterfest March 7, 2020. Hadn’t heard of him at the time, own several of his albums now.
Grammy award winner! A google street view of Muir shows how music saved Billy from boredom and bad paths.
Home is a great album.
Saw him at one of the drive-in shows last fall. That's the only concert I've seen since a year ago Feb.

I will cry tears of joy when I am back at Pine Creek dancing my ass off the BMFS.
I was on a long drive home from skiing a few weeks ago and I crested a small pass and was coming down the other side. Lots of virga streaming down in random places around the valley and the sun was hitting it all at a long, low angle. "Away From the Mire" came on and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Beautiful song.
