Usual partner bailed with late notice. Anyone interested in a long ride today, starting at Chimney Gulch @ 4:30? Full disclosure -- probably 4 hours total, about 40 miles. PM me if you're interested.
Anyone riding this weekend? I'm thinking chimney, keystone or a trip to Moab.
I will be up at Briones 6pm thursday, after work
If anyone is interested -
White Ranch Today 6pm Start (exact time is slightly flexible)
Lower parking lot.
Myself plus 1 at this point. Pretty fast pace.
Yeah, I'll be riding. Thinking about hitting Moab, North Shore, or just doing a spin around the block. ;)Quote:

Well I had enough fun at keystone yesterday that I'm doing it all over again. Anyone in for this sunday?
Planning to ride tomorrow. Not sure about the time. Maybe morning in the cooler temps, maybe afternoon. Thinking about riding some CT out by Pine. Any takers? PM if interested.
Thinking about some Breck rides...Boreas Pass to Baker's Tank, Illinois Gulch, heck maybe even tag on a Peaks Trail ride for fun at the end. Oh. Wait. It's 102 degrees outside and I'm in Fresno, CA. :( But I did go on a pretty decent ride tonight; too bad it takes an hour to get to the trailhead... :cussing:
Ah, Fresno. Good times. I spent Mon-Tues this week in Knoxville, TN on business. Now there's a place with some uncomfortable summer weather.Quote:

Wow I haven't felt a wave of nostalgia like that in a long time, Hugh. :) Many many many warm afternoons spent on the deck of the Breck BBQ, etc...staring at the mountain and guzzling beer. Sometimes I miss being a true ski bum...but then I realize I can actually afford new skis and a pass this year and that's not bad either.Quote:

Josh - I guess Freso is not so close to La, La land but I'm out here all wknd and a couple days next week if you find yourself in the LA area.
i did some white ranch yesterday and there are some plans for a long ride out in Winter Park, so hopefully i have a TR on monday of some sweet singletrack.
Oh and I am not working my night job at all next week, so if anyone is up for some good rides drop me a line. I'll have no time restrictions as far as day/afternoon/morning.
Monarch Crest tomorrow and Agate Creek on Sunday. I'll blue S-Works Stumpjumper. I'll be the [derek zoolander] really, really, really, really, really good looking one.[dz]
