Strawberry --- that's where Lover's Leap off of 50 is right? If so, then there's a road that's open in the summer that starts around there and winds its way up over the mountains to Iron Mountain road which takes you to 88, then Silver Lake....I think. If so, it would be a pretty easy car shuttle.....I'd imagine there's some killer DH runs in that area for trails!Quote:

I've also heard you can ride from Silver Lake to Strawberry and that it's a pretty rad ride - though I guess that would be one gnarly car shuttle (or a there-and-back ride). We should just get some topos of National Forest areas and go discover our own MTB trails!
