Living the dream!
Dude, kick ass. Sorry for being so insightful.
saw the pics on BL last friday; wondered when the TR would be coming.
Quality!!
How'd ya like skiing with old Chris Anthony?? He was my guide in AK a few years back - dude is smooth and fun to ski with too. He was getting frustrated just like us cause Overcast wouldn't let us ski some gnar, gnar. :D
Nice Alka! Good to see someone getting out to shred the Bridgers. So was there pow or what? It is snowing in town today and the hills are white just like they were 2 months ago, appears to be stacking up.
So......did you get any heli-rides OR get to schralp Lone Peak?[/referring to the original post about this trip]
Contractual obligations won't let me say. I have to let the Editors and Directors tell the story. Sucks, but whatever. After the movie comes out I can tell everybody all the juicy, behind-the-scenes details.Quote:

But I can say we did get pow. The north facing chutes were pretty buttery. And a few days after the storm, the corn was butter smoove. It was pretty much all you could ask for in a spring skiing trip. It was interesting watching the weather up there and seeing the whole nation in a heat wave while an isolated front was squatting over MT. We sure got lucky on that one.
X- Chris Anthony was a good guy. He's definitely a WM vet and I admire the fact that he's been able to make a living skiing for many many years. Not to mention he's not to bad of a skier as well.
Sidenote: (Something I posted in another thread) As most know Bode Miller has switched from Rossignol to Atomic. Okay, no big deal, I don't really give a flying fuck. But how it came around to effect me in the end was pretty cool. Originally Bode was going to be on this shoot in Montana. BUT, since he left Rossi, and Atomic isn't a sponsor of the film, they decided to drop him from the trip and take your truly. So to wherever Bode is, thanks for leaving Rossi!
:D yeah buddy!!!! sick TR and pics, props for the sweet straightline too.
super nice!
can't wait for the flix next year... come back and change nickels anytime- maybe some midwinter coldsmoke- oh and fuck you you fucking fuck;) ... glad you enjoyed our lil mtn range
