Woke up to 8" of blower in Boulder.
Absolutely barren once we got west of the divide.
At least 10 new in RMNP this morning. On top of what fell earlier this week, made for excellent skiing.
Cramp in da house, it snows. First time boots on today, Feet hurt, need some days. Snowed all day above 8k at vail, dumping hard on and off at dark.

Got a couple inches in since I got home a couple hours ago. The Beav might be good for 3-4+ tomorrow.
Sunlight skied great today with 6"of new snow by the times the lifts started turning. Of course us groomers getting caught off guard meant very little was groomed also.
5-6" so far.. that's about as good as it could have been.
Anyone ski the basin or breck today?
I left Keystone @ 11:30a today and skied the rest of the day @ the Basin...still only have the one run from the top...ended up in the park for awhile
Vail reported 9 inches. That's a pleasant surprise.
Great news! Stoked to need to switch my binders onto some boards with some float. It really didn't seem to snow more than a couple inches by 1:30 PM or so yesterday when I headed home. With any luck, most of the snow came overnight.Quote:

Vail was a lot of fun this morning. Def a solid 8-10in. Up top. It got bashed out quick but for those who got their asses outta bed this morning there definitely were some great turns to be made
