Why is this video so cut up? Is this what the police released or is Vice trying to get sued?
Printable View
It is from a business security camera. I assume it was turned over to the police one way or another.

Execution by police.
The guy may have been going to jail, but there is nothing at all in that video suggesting that he should die. Yep. Execution by police. Glad someone got it on video. Will be harder for the cops to only have their side of the story.
Execution indeed.
Maybe many of you know the story of the cop that murdered the kid in Chicago. The one where a cop shot a kid 16 times. Claimed the kid lunged at him with a knife. All the other officers on the scene corroborated the story. The video was more than likely scene by the police chief, DA and the Mayor. They were trying to make it go away, officer still getting paid, blah, blah, blah.
It took some pesky reporter about a year to get the video released through the freedom of information act. They put up a good fight trying to squash it. Of course the day before it's to be released is when they sprang in to action and charged the officer with murder. What a coincidence in timing huh. The video has no audio. Was this the cop that said "oh, I think I must have put the batteries in backwards". The other 3-4 cop cars that were on the scene had no audio as well. Wow, what are the chances they all had malfunctions/s.
They denied that they messed with any video that was recorded from the near by Burger King. Oopsie, there is video/photos of the cops in BK sitting at the controls of the video equipment. Gee, I wonder what happened to the missing 87 minutes of video that would have caught the scene on tape. Well, thank goodness the experts analyzing the tape determined that there was no signs that the tape had been purposely altered.
The DA (who is implicated in the cover up) had this to say at a press conference the other day (sorry for the ending that someone attached but I don't know how to trim it, nonetheless)...

Don't steal dildoes from cop cars
No bail for ex-police chief facing federal charges http://www.seattlepi.com/news/crime/...es-6691657.php
THIS STORY IS OUTRAGEOUS
This cop blatantly shoots this guy in the neck and doesn't report it. What a super douche, and of course, is cleared.
DA plays dash cam video in accidental shooting; no charges will be filed
The Paradise police officer who investigators say accidentally shot a suspected DUI driver in the neck last month will not face criminal charges, Butte County District Attorney Mike Ramsey announced Thursday.
When backup arrived on the scene, Feaster did not mention anything about having fired his weapon. According to Ramsey, Feaster notified his commanding officer about the discharge only after Thomas’ gunshot wound was found.
As the commanding officer suggested an investigator return to Canteena and try to find out if Thomas had been shot at the bar, Feaster revealed that he may have shot Thomas.

Look how concerned he is looking for his shell casings.
That is crazy. Cop pulls his gun and fires a shot, doesn't report it on the radio but does report a male who "refuses" to exit the car, diligently looks for his shell casing, then reports the shooting 11 minutes later. The DA's response is that "we could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he intentionally fired his weapon". WTF. Is this real life?
The guy who got shot is a scumbag and killed his wife in the accident, now he is going to get a pile of money from tax payers because this cop is a moron and completely inept at his job.
Police officers bill of rights plus political interconnected nature of DAs and PDs, fucking over Americans since the 80s.
I wish this story would go mainstream national and expose and embarrass the fuck out of these criminals.
Navy Seals behaving badly.

Oopsies ..... Just one (more) bad apple...
California Deputy Sheriff Busted with 200+ Pounds of Marijuana in Pennsylvania
"One has to be both saddened and angry when you hear of something like this," Kearney said. "The work that is done by the task force and police officers in general is very dangerous work, and it is made more dangerous by the fact that occasionally there is a bad apple in the barrel."
Hanover Borough Police Chief Chad Martin was also disappointed that a fellow law enforcement official would "sell out all their brothers and sisters for a quick buck."

Alabama Cop Who Assaulted Indian Grandfather Now Acquitted

Just a very bad joke.
I can only read these so often, fucking thugs. Cop shoots carjack suspect/kid while he's running away with an iphone. Investigator recommends firing officer. Brass fires investigator, officer still on duty.
In a final report, the authority concluded that complaints that the officer had used excessive force were unfounded. Neither officer has been charged with wrongdoing, and both remain on full-duty status.
Yet Lorenzo Davis, a former supervisor at the authority, said that he had investigated the shooting on its behalf and believed that it had been unnecessary. “He was running away, so why kill him?” Mr. Davis said in an interview last month.
Mr. Davis told his supervisors as much in a 2014 report in which he recommended that Officer Fry be fired. But Mr. Davis said the top echelon at the authority disagreed with his finding, ordered him to change it and — not long after he refused — fired him.

damn- usually the mounties don't behave as badly
After he's been shot, what 9 times, and is most likely expired, douchebag(s) keep yelling for him to drop the knife.
At least there will be some justice.

In another world, 6 Cleveland cops we're let go and 6 were suspended the other day. Union president is up in arms and says he will fight to the end to get them rehired.
"The chase began when officers standing outside police headquarters mistook the sound of a beat-up Chevrolet Malibu backfiring as a gunshot." One cop jumps on to the hood of the car and starts unloading in to the 2 unarmed suspects. He fired 47 shots. His buddies didn't want to miss out on the opportunity and fired nearly 100 additional shots.

I can't imagine what they must have looked like afterwards.
One of the six is actually facing criminal charges (Rambo on the hood). The others are facing a stern 21-30 suspension.
Union and chief say they did everything according to trained procedure. Sounds about right.
I think I read that when the smoked cleared there were like 62 squad cars at the scene. Wonder if Elwood and Joliet were there too.
This just happened...
No charges for LAPD officers who shot newspaper delivery women during Dorner manhunt
"Eight Los Angeles police officers who mistakenly opened fire on Los Angeles Times newspaper delivery women thinking they were rogue ex-cop Christopher Dorner in 2013 will not be criminally charged, the L.A. County district attorney’s office announced Wednesday."
Wrong color vehicle.
Wrong make.
Wrong model.
Wrong color person(s). Looking for a 6'+ black male, not 2 5' Hispanic women.
Over 100 shots fired.
They claim they thought they were being fired upon when one of the newspapers the women were delivering hit the ground and the sound was mistaken for gun fire.

Curious to hear 2 cents on the sentencing.
Truly scary part is that he was allowed to run wild in that department for so many years.
"He's been named a defendant in more than 12 federal lawsuits, "accusing him of planting evidence, wrongfully killing civilians, falsifying police reports and conducting illegal arrests,"
They kind of down played the fact that he planted a baggie with coke in it on him as well. Um, you drive around with a baggie of coke on you do ya. Talk about fucking someones life over.
8 or more cops on the scene, all corroborated his story? Good work.
Text exchange between him and his partner :
"At least give me the satisfaction of knowing you're out there beating up niggers right now," Melendez texted Zieleniewski in March, the Guardian reports.
"[Lol], just got done with one," Zieleniewski responded.
"To the community, I am truly sorry that you believe my actions were unjust," he said in his pre-sentence statement. "Please have faith in your law enforcement officer, for many of them would risk their lives for your's."
The OJ knife story is just bizarre. Called the dept. for the case number so you can have it etched in to the frame of the potential murder weapon that you are framing??? Can you be this retarded??

Cop comes on to property (no one home) shoots family dog and leaves a note....
"ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. - An Owasso mother said her children came home from church to find their family dog bleeding from a gunshot wound on their front porch Wednesday night. A note from the Rogers County Sheriff's Office was attached to the door."
"Rogers County Sheriff Scott Walton said his deputy was investigating a crime in the area when he felt threatened by the dog. Walton said he used his gun to protect himself."
