I think a nastygram demand letter for those costs at a bare minimum. Lawsuit tends to put him in a sticky spot and risks making news that he'd rather avoid. I'm sure he was hoping the police and/or team would have put the fear of God into this kid and his family - he had to freaking move out of his house after all!

As for the kid, I've spent a good amount of time in Bloomfield Hills; my money is he's going to continue to be a spoiled shit and never move more than 30 miles away from his parents house. I could be wrong, but most I know there prove me otherwise.

The craziest thing about that story is how it came on the heels ending a Lions playoff win drought lasting 32 years. Even though kids have a shortened perspective on time, the idea that Dan Campbell was the problem is nuts.
