I thought it was current, though, but it's from 2017. That drummer is gone, which is a shame for this trio but I'm sure he's fine wherever he is, because he is in the fuckin pocket like a monster and everybody needs one of those. I really enjoy that dude. He's on it.
My man Jimmy James on the guitar is still there though, and that's a good thing. I love the neck on that guitar. That thing has been played. A lot.

Charles Miller, flute/reeds/bass vocals was stabbed to death on an LA street in an apparent botched tobbery for which no one was ever arrested. I think about "slippin into darkness" when I think about that.
