Reading about airport food today. All the chains--Starbucks, McDonalds, et al are owned and operated by the airports single contract concessionaire who licenses the brands. So if you think everything tastes the same at the airport there's a reason. Given the hassle of getting supplies through security, no surprise that the various shops share ingredients too.
